Founded by Paul Bindig in 2017, Personal Best was established to bridge the gap between potential and performance. With a corporate career spanning three decades which included leading teams of 250+ people, Paul was able to witness first-hand the transformative power of effective communication and leadership. This experience, combined with his passion for helping people to learn and grow, led Paul to create a training platform dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential.
