1. About the Website
Welcome to personalbestleadership.com (the “Website”). The Website provides access to services such as in-person and virtual training, coaching, and workshops (the “Services”).
The Website is operated by Personal Best Leadership Pty Ltd (ABN 11 435 066 400). Access to and use of the Website and Services is subject to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). By using or browsing this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
We may update these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect from the date they are published.
2. Acceptance
You accept the Terms by continuing to use the Website or by actively accepting them where prompted (e.g., via checkbox or agreement button).
3. Services Access
Services are provided either in-person or virtually (via live delivery), with no recurring subscription or lock-in contracts.
In registering or booking services, you may be required to provide accurate personal information including:
- Email address
- Full name
- Phone number
You must be 18 years or older to use our Services unless a guardian is present and consents to minor participation for special events.
4. Client Obligations
By using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Maintain the confidentiality of any login or access details
- Use the Website and Services lawfully and in line with these Terms
- Not use the Website to promote third-party services or send unsolicited material
- Refrain from interfering with the Website’s functioning or using it in a harmful way
5. Payment
Most clients are invoiced upon acceptance of proposal, with payment due within 30 days. For ticketed events, payment is made at the time of booking. Payment is made via direct deposit.
This policy does not apply to events paid in advance (these are subject to Humanitix’s refund terms).
6. Intellectual Property
All materials (resources, recordings, slides, exercises, etc.) remain the intellectual property of Personal Best. Clients may receive access to materials via email or secure links, for personal use only.
No part of our content may be reused, distributed, or published without written permission.
7. Privacy & Data
We collect personal and sometimes sensitive data for the purpose of service delivery. This includes session recordings (for purposes of providing confidential feedback only)

8. Photography & Recordings
By participating in workshops, you consent to being photographed or recorded for personal development (session replays)
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Use of Services is at your own risk. We provide no guarantee of specific results. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Liability is limited to the resupply of the service.
10. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, and any disputes will be heard in South Australian courts.
